Capita Financial Group is aware that an overseas based, unauthorised firm, Charles Stanley Associates, is targeting UK consumers for the illegal sale of shares. Charles Stanley Associates is not known to, or connected with, the CF Charles Stanley Investment Funds, to which Capita Financial Managers Limited acts as Authorised Corporate Director (ACD).

Capita Financial Group absolutely and unconditionally condemns the misrepresentation of the CF Charles Stanley Investment Funds' name and any connection or suggested connection which may be made to these UK authorised funds by Charles Stanley Associates. Furthermore, the Capita Financial Group accepts no liability whatsoever for actions taken as a result of decisions taken by consumers who are contacted by Charles Stanley Associates.

The UK regulator, the Financial Services Authority (‘FSA’) is similarly aware of Charles Stanley Associates. Accordingly, the FSA has posted warnings to its website at:
